Abstract Submission

Submission Deadline is 22 November at 11:59pm


We warmly invite researchers, academics, clinicians, and students to submit an abstract or workshop proposal.

This is an exceptional opportunity to present your latest research and connect with peers, in discussing the future of research and contribution.

All submissions will be evaluated by originality, interest, and relevance to ISPID members. This will confirm the type of presentation and scientific theme and/or session you will be accepted into . While abstracts that do not present results will be accepted for submission, they will likely not score highly.

Themes:

  • Pathology
  • Investigation of child death including child death review
  • Physiology
  • Public health and prevention (encompassing epidemiology and education)
  • Bereavement.

Abstract Guidelines:

  • All abstracts are to be structured using the headings of Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  • 300 words maximum.
  • One figure or one table maximum.
  • Abstracts that present recently published data will be scored higher.

Workshop Guidelines:

  • All workshops should include a brief summary of the workshop.
  • You will need to inclue an overview of the workshop structure including aims, objectives and general structure for the workshop.
  • 750 words maximum.
